I have been thinking a lot lately about balance, consistency, and what this looks like in my daily life. When it comes to my mental health, I struggle to stay centred and feel like I am bouncing all over the place. Juggling responsibilities alongside my self-care feels exhausting, and I often ping-pong from task to task, setting unrealistic expectations, which often leads to feelings of stress and disappointment.
I'm focusing on finding balance right now and figuring out how to make it happen.
